Being in the central business district, the hotel's modern and spacious rooms, along with beautiful bathrooms, impressed me. However, my room wasn't ready at check-in time. The location is convenient for business travelers but lacks the vibrancy of downtown. The friendly service was marred by a lack of phone assistance for reservation issues, although the general manager was accommodating. Breakfast was delightful but not complimentary. The facilities like a paid shuttle and good car park added value to the stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had no scent, and there were plenty of pillows available. The private car parking was convenient, and the location allowed for a comfortable walk or short drive to McCormick Place. However, there was an issue with cleanliness as the bed was dirty and the room felt too hot because the AC was not cooling effectively.
The hotel was generally clean and quiet, but the rooms had a view of a parking lot next door. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready and was given to other customers who arrived after us, despite being told no rooms were available.
